Customer challenges
The owner of a coffee shop chain in Lublin, wanting to appreciate loyal customers, introduced a stamp system. However, the paper cards quickly became a problem:

➡️ Employees struggled with additional bureaucracy.
➡️ Queues and confusion grew instead of disappearing.

It was then that a customer approached us with the question: “Can you solve this problem?”

The answer? An app that changes the rules of the game.

Finally, we helped with the full implementation – including the configuration of the cafes’ devices.

The result?
Everything that used to be cumbersome is now simple and enjoyable. Customers collect points without the risk of losing them, and coffee shop employees can fully focus on what they do best – serving coffee.
